1. Order Processing Time

✔ All orders go through a 1-3 business day processing period before shipping.
✔ During this time, we:

  • Receive and verify the order details.
  • Conduct a quality check on the product to ensure it meets our standards.
  • Carefully pack the product for safe shipping.
  • Assign and generate a tracking ID for your order.

Once the tracking ID is generated, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

A. Shipping to the 48 Contiguous U.S. States

Standard Shipping Time: 5-8 business days after processing.
Shipping Cost: FREE for all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
✔ We ship via FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail based on the best available carrier for your location.

B. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

✔ Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must contact us before placing an order to receive a shipping quote.
✔ To request a shipping quote:

  • Email us at info@tablethissports.com with your full shipping address and the product(s) you wish to order.
  • We will calculate the shipping costs based on the distance and logistics requirements.
  • Once the shipping cost is determined, we will send you an invoice with the additional charges.
    ✔ After payment, we will provide the estimated shipping time and tracking details once the order is processed.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

✔ We primarily ship using FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail.
✔ Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
✔ If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tablethissports.com.


4. Important Shipping Information

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues may cause unexpected delays.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Signature Requirements: Some high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a pickup notice.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we are not responsible for any stolen or missing items. Please check with your local carrier office if you encounter any issues.
