At Table This Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange an item within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
A. Damaged or Defective Items (Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defects)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide free return shipping and determine whether to send a replacement part or a full product replacement, depending on the issue.
✔ Mandatory Video Proof – To claim damages, you must record a video while opening the package and submit it via email to info@tablethissports.com within 15 days of delivery.
✔ Our tech team will inspect the damage and decide if a replacement part will resolve the issue or if a full product replacement is necessary.
✔ If the damage occurred during shipping, we will provide free return shipping and a replacement at no additional cost.
✔ If the damage is due to improper assembly or misuse, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
⚠️ Important: Claims without video proof will not be accepted. Please ensure you record a clear video while unboxing your item.
B. Returns for Non-Damaged Items (Change of Mind or Unwanted Item)
If you decide to return a product for any reason other than damage or defect, the following conditions apply:
✔ You are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
✔ The product must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
✔ Once we receive and inspect the item, the remaining refund amount will be processed.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- For damaged items, attach your video proof showing the issue.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back using the return label (if applicable).
- Once received, our team will inspect the item and process the refund, exchange, or replacement.
3. Additional Return & Exchange Policy Terms
✔ Return shipping labels will be provided only for damaged or defective items. Customers returning items for other reasons must arrange their own shipping.
✔ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔ Exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is inspected and approved.
✔ Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts/accessories will not be eligible for a return or refund.
